Booking Requirements:

• A minimum of ten (10) adults is required for all bookings at Eland Lodge.
• A minimum of eight (8) adults is required for all bookings at Impala Camp.
• Any promotional codes can only be used with new bookings.

Arrival and Departure:

• All guests will be required to complete and sign an indemnity form upon arrival at the lodge.
• For their safety, all individuals under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult during all game drive activities.
• The original credit/debit card used for the booking and a valid form of photographic identification (e.g., ID card or passport) of the cardholder must be presented upon check-in.
• For bookings made with an online payment, the original credit/debit card used for the transaction must be presented upon check-in for verification purposes.

Liability:

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kuduwane Game Lodge shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by guests during their stay.

Other:

• Kuduwane Game Lodge reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or whose behaviour is deemed unacceptable.

Please Note: By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Rates and Payment:

• All published rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• All quoted rates are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate of 15%.
• A deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required to secure all reservations. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations and Refunds:

• Cancellation Policy:
  • If cancelling 7 days or less before the scheduled arrival date, 100% of the total booking value will be forfeited.
  • If cancelling between 8 and 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited.
  • If cancelling between 15 and 21 days before the scheduled arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be forfeited.
  • If cancelling between 22 and 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, 25% of the deposit will be forfeited.
• Please note that in the event of a cancellation for bookings paid via credit/debit card, Kuduwane Game Lodge reserves the right to deduct any non-refundable bank or transaction fees incurred during the initial payment process from the refund amount, as these fees are typically not reimbursed by the financial institution.

• A quota fire wood will be supplied, please use it wisely.
• Additional fire wood may be purchased from KUDUWANE GAME LODGE.
• Nature and Wildlife is valuable, please do not litter.
• Use of own vehicle not permitted. No 4 wheelers or motorcycles are allowed on the farm.
• No smoking will be allowed in rooms or in any building.
• When smoking, please be very careful as veld fires destruct nature.
• No pets allowed.
• Any special requests must be approved in writing prior to arrival.
• All guests must adhere to rules enforced by KUDUWANE GAME LODGE Personnel.
