TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All guests are required to sign an indemnity form upon arrival.
- All children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult during game drives.
- We take no responsibility for any injury or loss during your stay with us.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- A R 7 000.00 deposit PLUS completed booking form is required to confirm your booking @ Impala Camp.
- A R 10 000.00 deposit PLUS completed booking form is required to confirm your booking @ Eland Lodge.
- No deposit will be refunded for cancellation received within 21 days prior to arrival.
- Full payment of accommodation required 10 days prior to arrival. Non receipt of payment, booking will be cancelled.
- Only 25% of full payment will be refunded for cancellation received within 10 days prior to arrival.
- No refund of full payment for cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival.
- No deposit or other moneys will be refunded for non-arrival.
- All payments via EFT. No cheque or cash payments accepted.
GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
- A quota fire wood will be supplied, please use it wisely.
- Additional fire wood may be purchased from KUDUWANE GAME LODGE.
- Nature and Wildlife is valuable, please do not litter.
- Use of own vehicle not permitted. No 4 wheelers or motorcycles are allowed on the farm.
- No smoking will be allowed in rooms or in any building.
- When smoking, please be very careful as veld fires destruct nature.
- No pets allowed.
